The Hyundai S-7018.1H is a premium iron powder, low-hydrogen welding electrode engineered for high-quality welding of low-temperature strength steels, heavy steel structures, and offshore applications. It provides excellent impact toughness at temperatures as low as -45°C, making it ideal for demanding environments.
This electrode contains a high percentage of iron powder in its coating, which enhances deposition efficiency, ensuring high productivity. It offers stable arc performance, minimal spatter, and easy slag removal, resulting in high-quality welds with low hydrogen content.
Available Variants:
- 3.2mm – Standard welding electrode for structural steel and general applications.
- 3.2mm LT – Designed for low-temperature environments, offering enhanced impact toughness in cold conditions.
- 4.0mm – Higher deposition rate for thick sections and heavy-duty applications.
Key Features:
✔ Extra low hydrogen content (H4R classification)
✔ Excellent impact toughness at -45°C
✔ High deposition efficiency due to iron powder coating
✔ Stable arc with minimal spatter
✔ Easy slag removal for smooth welds
✔ Suitable for AC or DC+ polarity
