Return and Refund Policy

At Tolmart we try to be as accurate as possible in describing products. However, we do not guarantee that such description is completely accurate, complete, reliable or error-free. In the event that you are not satisfied with the product you ordered, you may return it to us in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Return Policy below. We are here to help
Return
- You have 3 calendar days to return a product from the date it was received.
- To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your product must be in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase for your product is required.
- Items that were offered as special offers or weekly flash sales are not acceptable for return.
Refund
Once we receive your product, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the product.
- We will immediately notify you of the refund status after inspecting the product.
- If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or credit to your account if you paid in cash).
- You will receive your refund within a few days depending on your card issuer's (bank's) policies.
Shipping of returned items
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return any of your products.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If the refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
