Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed for a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, please contact us via email or phone.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout as follows:

Delivery delays may occur at times.
Confirm shipment and track order
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your order invoice. All shipments are not tracked and you can always check with our team through our communication channels.
Payment
Upon receipt of your order, we will send you an email confirming that we have received your order and that it is being processed. If you pay by making an online payment, an authentication and authorization check will be performed by the card issuer and the payment will be debited and settled from your account at the time the order is placed. Otherwise, you will need to pay in cash upon delivery of your order.
Tolmart takes care to ensure that the Site is secure and that your order and payment details remain confidential, but in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.
Please note that we do not store credit card details nor share customer details with any third party.

Any payment transactions carried out by us or our chosen third party payment processing provider will be encrypted using Secured Sockets Layer technology. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of the Site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. Once we receive your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent your personal data from being lost, used or accessed in an unauthorized way. Age Restriction / Adults Only
Persons under the age of 18 should use this site only under the supervision of an adult. Payment information must be provided by or with the permission of an adult. However, we reserve the right to accept orders only from those over the age of 18.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons, including but not limited to availability of the service, errors in the description or price of the service, as well as if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
