The Yaoan YR-FD100 Dust Concentration Measuring Instrument is designed for continuous industrial dust monitoring and direct measurement of airborne dust mass concentration. It is suitable for factories, mines, stone-processing plants, construction sites, roads, purification monitoring and other environments where reliable dust concentration data is required. Yaoan identifies the YR-FD100 as a fixed real-time dust monitoring instrument using light-scattering measurement technology.
The detector uses laser scattering technology together with a reliable air-sampling system to provide fast and stable dust measurements. Concentration readings are shown directly on the LCD screen in real time, helping operators monitor changing dust conditions without additional equipment.
The YR-FD100 supports industrial communication and control options including RS485, 4-20 mA output and PowerBus, with the supplied product sheet also listing LoRa as an available communication option. These interfaces make the device suitable for integration into centralized monitoring, ventilation and industrial safety systems.
