The Yaoan YR-F200 F200G Electrostatic Dust Leakage Detector is designed for continuous online monitoring of dust leakage inside industrial pipelines. Using an electrostatic microcharge induction method, the detector identifies dust passing through the pipeline and provides a real-time indication of dust concentration conditions.
The series is available in normal-temperature and high-temperature configurations, allowing it to be used across a wide variety of industrial dust-control and filtration systems. The normal-temperature version is designed for pipeline temperatures from -20°C to 260°C, while the high-temperature version is suitable for pipeline temperatures from -20°C to 800°C according to the supplied product data.
Designed for harsh industrial environments, the YR-F200/F200G features dual-environment explosion protection, IP66 ingress protection and a durable probe structure. The high-temperature configuration incorporates a longer-life probe designed to withstand elevated temperatures and pressure conditions.
The detector supports a standard 4-20 mA current output, making it suitable for integration with PLC, DCS and other industrial monitoring systems. It can also be linked with external alarm and control equipment to trigger actions when abnormal dust leakage is detected.
