The Yaoan YA-K300 Gas Detection Controller is an industrial wall-mounted control panel designed to work with compatible Yaoan YA-D series gas detectors. It provides centralized monitoring, alarm management and external equipment control for larger fixed gas detection systems. Yaoan specifies support for up to eight 4-20 mA detector inputs or up to 99 RS485 detector inputs, depending on the system configuration.
The controller uses a 4.3-inch industrial LCD display together with physical control buttons for clear operation and monitoring. It can display gas concentration, detector status and alarm information, while the internal microprocessor manages signal acquisition, real-time calculations, fault detection, power management and alarm logic.
When a connected gas detector reaches or exceeds its configured alarm threshold, the YA-K300 can provide sound, light and voice broadcast alarms. It also monitors system faults and can activate connected equipment automatically when programmed alarm logic conditions are met.
For external control, the YA-K300 provides 2 common relays and 8 programmable relays, allowing connection to equipment such as exhaust fans, solenoid valves and other safety devices. It supports both 4-20 mA and RS485 communication, helping it integrate with industrial monitoring and control systems.
The controller can store more than 2,000 alarm and fault records, supporting historical review and system management. It is also available in versions with or without backup battery, allowing the installation to be selected according to site requirements.
