The Yaoan YA-K112S Two Channel Gas Detection Controller is designed for industrial gas detection and early-warning systems that require centralized monitoring of up to two gas detectors. It is compatible with Yaoan YA-D series detectors and can be used with combustible and toxic gas monitoring applications.
Each channel is displayed separately on the controller's Nixie digital display, allowing operators to monitor connected detector readings clearly. When gas concentration exceeds a preset threshold, the controller provides audible and LED visual alarms, while an optional voice alarm can provide an additional warning method.
The YA-K112S uses three-wire 4-20 mA detector inputs and can be supplied with optional 4-20 mA or RS485 outputs for integration with PLC, DCS, RTU and other industrial control systems. It also provides four relay groups with normally open and normally closed contacts, enabling control of equipment such as exhaust fans, solenoid valves and other external safety devices.
The controller is wall mounted and designed for simple operation using physical buttons. According to Yaoan's product information, it operates from 220 VAC power, supports adjustable alarm settings and delivers an alarm level of at least 80 dB.
