The Yaoan HT-DS200 Dust Monitoring System is a fixed outdoor environmental monitoring solution designed for continuous real-time measurement of industrial dust and related atmospheric parameters. The system uses pump-suction sampling and can monitor PM2.5, PM10 and TSP, while optional sensors expand monitoring to noise, temperature, humidity, wind speed, wind direction, wind force and atmospheric pressure. Yaoan describes the HT-DS200 as a pump-type industrial dust monitoring system for real-time air-quality monitoring.
The pump-suction system actively draws air into the sensor module, helping provide stable sample flow and consistent particulate readings. Yaoan specifies a sampling flow of 1 L/min with accuracy within ±2%. A recent Yaoan-related technical article also states that the HT-DS200 combines pump sampling with a self-developed laser sensor and includes measures intended to improve monitoring during rainy or foggy weather.
A large outdoor LED dot-matrix display provides clear real-time visibility of PM2.5, PM10, TSP and other configured readings. The supplied product sheet lists a 540 × 1020 mm display enclosure, while Yaoan specifies a complete system size of 2897 × 1020 × 150 mm.
For remote monitoring and data management, the HT-DS200 supports 4G cloud transmission, Wi-Fi configuration, Modbus communication and USB data export. Data can be uploaded to a cloud platform through 4G, while a mobile application can connect over Wi-Fi to read or modify system parameters.
The controller also provides two relay outputs, allowing external equipment such as fog cannons or other dust-control devices to be linked with the monitoring system. This makes the HT-DS200 suitable not only for measurement but also for automated dust-control applications at construction sites, industrial facilities and outdoor environmental monitoring locations.
