The ToxiRAE Pro (PGM-1860) is a reliable and intrinsically safe single gas detector specifically designed for monitoring Sulfur Dioxide (SO2) and a wide range of other toxic gases. This portable gas detection device is ideal for applications and industries such as agriculture, chemicals, fire service/hazmat use, oil and gas, pharmaceutical, pulp and paper, steel manufacturing, and water and wastewater treatment. Equipped with over 20 intelligent interchangeable sensors, the ToxiRAE Pro offers exceptional flexibility for monitoring different gas types. The sensors are easy to change and capable of storing calibration data independently. The device features a graphical LCD screen with white LED backlighting activated by button press or alarm condition, displaying gas concentrations in ppm, battery status, data logging status, wireless capability status, and reception quality. It includes STEL, TWA, and peak value measurements for comprehensive gas monitoring.
The ToxiRAE Pro provides continuous data logging capacity for up to three months at 1-minute intervals with user-configurable intervals ranging from 1 to 3600 seconds. With replaceable sensors, filter, and rechargeable Li-ion battery, the unit is easily maintainable and cost-effective for long-term use. Operation and programming are accomplished using just 2 buttons, making it user-friendly and intuitive. The device is fully compatible with automatic bump testing and calibration using the AutoRAE 2 system. This non-wireless model cannot be upgraded to wireless functionality.
