Description

SikaTop® Seal-107 Elastik is a high-performance, two-part elastic cementitious waterproofing slurry formulated for both internal and external applications. It is composed of a liquid polymer (Part A) and a cement-based powder with selected additives (Part B). Together, they provide exceptional waterproofing for concrete surfaces and masonry in areas subject to damp and water exposure.

Suitable for use in potable water tanks, terraces, balconies, basements, and other structures, SikaTop® Seal-107 Elastik offers excellent flexibility and crack-bridging ability. The material bonds strongly to the substrate and can be applied using a brush, trowel, or spray. It provides a reliable barrier against water ingress while allowing limited movement, making it ideal for sealing hairline cracks and preventing water damage.
