This 1.8 mil polypropylene film backing with synthetic rubber adhesive offers exceptional roll-to-roll consistency and reliability for increased productivity and improved unit costs. The tape is engineered specifically for flexibility and conformability under stress, making it ideal for general industrial applications including box sealing, splicing, and automated carton sealing.
The polypropylene film backing is easy to unwind and resists abrasion, moisture, chemicals, and scuffing for long-lasting performance. It adheres instantly and consistently to most surfaces, including cartons containing high levels of recycled content, and easily conforms around edges and on rough surfaces for a tight, dependable seal. With its medium-duty adhesive holding power and tensile strength of 22 lb/in (385.5 N/100mm), this tape is recommended for use on Regular Slotted Containers (RSC) weighing up to 70 lbs.
