This industrial-grade tape features an extra sturdy polyester backing that resists abrasion, moisture, and scuffing to hold strong throughout the entire shipping process. The combination of a thick biaxially oriented polyester backing with a hot melt synthetic rubber resin adhesive creates a tape with exceptional high adhesion, tensile strength, and elongation at break.
The tape is engineered to withstand score line breaking and center seam splitting, making it ideal for heavy duty box and carton sealing operations. With shear strength that prevents tape legs from being pulled from the ends of the carton, this product ensures reliable performance in demanding packaging applications. The adhesive sticks quickly to a variety of materials, including those with high recycled content, providing consistent performance with easy unwind capabilities.
