RUPES M501 is a highly concentrated multi-purpose degreaser formulated for professional automotive and marine cleaning. Its versatile cleaning power allows it to remove soil and grease from a wide variety of surfaces, ranging from engine components and wheels to interior trim and delicate leather.
The concentrate can be diluted according to the cleaning task, making it both flexible and economical. RUPES recommends a 5:1 water-to-degreaser dilution for heavy-duty degreasing, 10:1 for hard interior surfaces, metal, rubber, tires, wheels and stubborn insect residue, and 20:1 for maintenance cleaning, vinyl and leather.
At the 20:1 maintenance dilution, M501 wipes away completely without leaving residue and does not require rinsing. For stronger cleaning applications, the product can be sprayed onto the surface, agitated with a soft brush or cloth, and then rinsed away thoroughly.
For leather, RUPES recommends applying the diluted product with a sponge or spray, agitating gently and wiping dry with a soft towel. The manufacturer advises testing an inconspicuous area first, never allowing the product to dry on the surface, and avoiding use on suede or Alcantara. The 9.CCM501 version is supplied in a 500 ml bottle.
