The RUPES BigFoot LHR21ES is a professional electric random orbital polisher developed for efficient paint correction and finishing on large surface areas. Its large 21 mm orbit and 150 mm backing pad provide wide surface coverage, helping reduce working time while maintaining a high-quality finish.
RUPES designed the LHR21ES around the random orbital principle, where the backing pad follows an orbital movement while remaining free to rotate around its own axis. This action provides an effective balance between correction performance and surface finish quality, making it suitable for professional automotive detailing.
The machine features a carefully balanced body, practical handgrip, low vibration and quiet operation to improve operator comfort. An anti-spinning shroud protects the operator from moving components and also acts as a clutch for the backing pad, helping reduce unnecessary stress on the polishing pad when it is not in direct contact with the surface.
An electronic speed control module allows the operator to adjust polishing speed during use without interrupting the job. The on-off switch can also be locked, allowing greater flexibility in hand positioning during extended polishing sessions. RUPES specifies the LHR21ES with 500 W power, a speed range of 2,000 to 4,200 RPM, a maximum polishing pad diameter of 180 mm, and a tool weight of 2.6 kg.
