The RUPES BigFoot HLR75 iBrid Mini STB Kit is a compact professional polishing system designed for curved panels, contours and confined areas where full-size polishers are less practical. Its 75 mm backing pad and 12 mm random orbital movement provide excellent maneuverability and precise control for spot correction and detailed paint finishing.
The HLR75 uses RUPES iBrid technology, allowing the platform to operate with battery power or a compatible iBrid power adapter. The STB configuration supplied here is focused on cordless operation and includes two rechargeable battery packs plus the dedicated charger, helping maintain productive workflow with minimal interruption.
Each 18V 2.5Ah lithium-ion battery features an LED charge indicator and provides approximately 35 to 45 minutes of operating time when fully charged. The dedicated charger can recharge a battery from empty to full in around 35 minutes, making the dual-battery setup practical for continuous detailing work.
The HLR75 also features electronic speed control, soft start, overcurrent protection and a rubberized variable-speed throttle lever. Its ergonomic compact body is designed for multiple hand positions and improved balance, helping reduce fatigue while polishing complex vehicle shapes.
