The RUPES BigFoot HLR21 iBrid CB2 BAS Kit is a professional cordless random orbital polishing system designed for efficient paint correction and finishing across large automotive panels. Its 150 mm backing pad and wide 21 mm orbit provide excellent surface coverage, making it particularly suitable for bonnets, roofs, doors and other broad areas.
The HLR21 uses RUPES iBrid technology with an 18V lithium-ion battery platform. Its in-runner brushless motor, updated eccentric set, anti-spinning ring and new gear technology are engineered to provide smooth, consistent performance while maintaining the freedom of cordless operation. The 5 Ah battery system is designed for demanding professional polishing work.
Operating speed ranges from 3,000 to 4,200 RPM, while electronic speed control allows the user to adjust performance according to the polishing pad, compound and condition of the surface. The machine also includes overcurrent protection, an electronic switch and an LED battery indicator.
The CB2 BAS configuration provides a complete correction and finishing setup. It includes two batteries and a dual charger together with intermediate and fine foam pads, coarse and fine wool pads, D-A COARSE compound and D-A FINE compound. This allows both defect removal and surface refinement to be completed with one comprehensive kit.
