The RUPES 9.WF180M Waffle Fine Foam Polishing Pad is designed to remove moderate surface defects and paint imperfections while producing an excellent final finish. Its specially designed waffle surface creates a smoother and more comfortable polishing experience. The textured profile improves operator control and helps the pad move consistently across flat panels, curved surfaces and complex vehicle contours.
Because the waffle-shaped face does not remain in complete contact with the painted surface, the pad operates at a cooler temperature than conventional flat foam pads. This reduced contact area helps lower the risk of overheating the paint during extended rotary polishing sessions.
Model 9.WF180M is designed for a 150 mm backing plate and has a pad diameter ranging from 150 to 165 mm. It is compatible with the RUPES BigFoot LH19E and other rotary polishing machines. For optimum correction and finishing performance, RUPES recommends pairing it with Rotary Fine Compound.
