The RUPES 9.DA150H D-A Coarse Cutting Foam Pad is a high-performance polishing pad engineered to remove mild to severe paint defects from most automotive paint systems. Its aggressive cutting capability makes it suitable for professional paint correction, helping tackle scratches, oxidation, sanding marks and other visible surface imperfections.
The pad uses a newly developed open-cell foam material specifically designed for both random orbital and gear-driven dual action polishing machines. This construction delivers strong defect-removal performance while maintaining improved finishing ability during demanding correction stages.
RUPES developed this foam by combining the best characteristics of its previous blue and green pad formulations. The result is increased durability, improved cutting performance and a vibrant blue colour that makes the coarse pad easy to identify during multi-step polishing work.
Model 9.DA150H features a 130 mm backing surface, a maximum pad diameter of 150 mm and a height of 25 mm. RUPES specifies it for use with all dual action polishers, and recommends pairing it with D-A Coarse High Performance Cut Polishing Compound for enhanced cutting and finishing performance.
