The Legrand MCB TX3 is a thermal-magnetic circuit breaker designed to protect household wiring installations against overloads and short circuits. The circuit breaker features B-curve tripping characteristics with a tripping threshold between 6A and 10A (B curve between 3 In and 5 In), making it ideal for general household circuits. It provides IP20 protection, fingerproof against solid bodies larger than 12.5mm, and achieves maximum energy limitation (class 3 according to IEC 60898-1).
This MCB can be supplied by copper cable, prong busbar (top or bottom side), or fork busbar (bottom side), offering flexible installation options. The device is equipped with a special DIN rail clamp on the bottom side, allowing independent removal when the fork busbar is still in place. It includes a label holder for clear circuit identification and features On/Off indication printed on the handle with red and green backgrounds respectively for easy status identification.
The TX3 circuit breaker is compatible with Legrand DX3 auxiliaries and accessories, and can be connected to aluminum cable with the appropriate Legrand DX3 terminal accessory.
