The Legrand MCB TX3 is a thermal magnetic circuit-breaker designed to protect wiring installations against overloads and short-circuits with a breaking capacity of 6000A and C curve characteristic. This single-pole device is rated at 16A with a rated voltage of 230V and can be supplied by copper cable, prong busbar, or fork busbar. The MCB features IP20 protection against solid bodies larger than 12.5mm, ensuring fingerproof safety. It complies with IEC 60898-1 standard for household installations with a tripping threshold in case of short-circuit between 80A and 160A (C curve between 5In and 10In). The device is equipped with energy limitation class 3 according to IEC 60898-1 standard, providing maximum level of limitation of let-through energy.
