The Legrand DX3 MCB 6000A is a thermal magnetic circuit-breaker designed to protect wiring installations against overloads and short-circuits. With 3 poles, 25A rated current, and 400V AC supply, this device features a D-curve characteristic and offers 6000A/10kA breaking capacity according to IEC 60898-1 standard for household installations. The tripping threshold in case of short-circuit ranges between 250A and 350A (D curve between 10 In and 14 In), providing reliable protection for residential and small commercial applications.
This MCB can be supplied either by copper cable, prong busbar (top or bottom side), fork busbar (bottom side), or Legrand HX3 plug busbar (top side). It features IP20 protection against solid bodies larger than 12.5mm (fingerproof) according to IEC/EN 60529 standard. The device is equipped with two DIN rail clamps for independent removal while the prong busbar supplying the row remains in place. It can be equipped with Legrand DX3 auxiliaries, RCD add-on modules, and accessories, and can be connected to aluminium cable with terminal accessory n° 4 063 10.
