Description

Versatile 160mm diagonal cutters for precise cutting.
The Knipex 70 06 160 Diagonal Cutter is a versatile tool designed for cutting a wide range of materials with precision and ease. Crafted from high-quality vanadium electric steel, these cutters are built to last, offering durability and strength. The 160mm length makes them ideal for electricians and technicians who require precision in confined spaces. These cutters are chrome-plated for rust resistance and feature multi-component grips for comfort and ease of use. With the ability to cut hard wire up to Ø 2.0 mm and soft wire up to Ø 4.0 mm, they are indispensable in both professional and DIY settings. Insulated up to 1000 V, they comply with IEC 60900 / DIN EN 60900 standards, ensuring safety during electrical work. The diagonal cutters are engineered for precision, allowing for clean cuts right up to the tips of the edges. This precision is essential for tasks requiring accuracy, such as cutting fine stranded wires. The cutter's design incorporates a slim head shape, making it suitable for work in tight areas. The cutting edges are induction-hardened to approximately 62 HRC, providing long-lasting sharpness and performance. Chrome plating not only enhances their appearance but also simplifies maintenance, making them easy to clean after use.
