The INSIZE 1536‑300 Electronic Wall Thickness Caliper is designed specifically for measuring the wall thickness of helmets, domes, curved pot bottoms, and other hollow or curved components where a standard caliper won’t suffice.
It provides a measuring range of 0 to 300 mm (0 to 12 inches), with a resolution of 0.01 mm (0.0005″) and accuracy of ±0.05 mm. The display unit supports basic functions including zero, mm/inch conversion, ABS mode, data preset, and an automatic power‑off feature. The instrument is activated by sliding the digital unit, and it runs on a CR2032 battery.
Constructed from stainless steel, the caliper offers durability and reliable performance in workshop and inspection environments. An optional data output cable can be added for recording measurements digitally.
