Description

The Fluke 289 is engineered to meet the demands of professionals dealing with intricate electrical systems. Its large 50,000-count, ¼ VGA dot matrix display with a white backlight ensures clear visibility of multiple measurement parameters simultaneously. The built-in data logger and TrendCapture™ feature allow users to record and graphically review up to 10,000 events and readings directly on the device, facilitating quick identification of anomalies without the need for a PC. The multimeter's expanded memory can store up to 15,000 recorded events, enabling extended monitoring sessions. Additional functionalities include a selectable AC filter (smoothing mode) to stabilize rapidly changing or noisy signals, adjustable recording and auto-hold thresholds, and a low-pass filter for accurate voltage and frequency measurements on adjustable speed motor drives and other electrically noisy equipment. The Fluke 289 is also compatible with the Fluke Connect® mobile app (requires the Fluke ir3000 FC Infrared Connector, sold separately), allowing for wireless data sharing and real-time analysis.
