The Bosch Truvo is a compact and intuitive digital detector designed to help you locate hidden live cables and metal objects behind walls or ceilings, making drilling, hanging, or installing safer and easier. It uses a three-color LED traffic light system to clearly indicate areas where drilling should be avoided. A built-in sound feedback works like a parking assist, producing beeps as it approaches a concealed object.

Startup is simple thanks to automatic calibration and a one-button interface, letting you scan right away. It differentiates between live conductor detection and metal detection through separate LED indicators. The housing is made using over 85% recycled plastic, and the packaging also emphasizes sustainability. It’s battery-powered (3× AAA) and will automatically switch off after 10 minutes of inactivity.
