The Bosch IDS 18V-200 T Industrial is an advanced cordless impact wrench built for production lines, automotive assembly, and industrial metal-to-metal fastening. It features preset torque selection (30–140 Nm) via 9 settings and automatic shut-off when the desired torque is reached, preventing over-tightening and improving consistency.
It integrates NFC connectivity, enabling tool locking, usage tracking, and configuration via a mobile app (authorization required). With a brushless motor, the IDS 18V-200 T offers smooth, reliable performance, and its design keeps the weight low at 1.2 kg (without battery) for reduced operator fatigue. It also includes a 1/2" square drive, R/L (reverse/forward) direction switch, and operates at speeds up to 2,500 rpm and impact rates to 3,500 bpm.
This tool is ideal for fasteners of M8 to M14 in automatic shut-off mode, and up to M18 in non-preset mode. Rugged and smart, it’s built for high throughput industrial environments.
