With its densified kraft paper liner, this tape provides easier release and dimensional stability for efficient converting operations.
Designed as a superior alternative to mechanical fasteners such as rivets, welds, and screws, or liquid adhesives, the 3M™ VHB™ Tape RP+040GP delivers immediate handling strength without requiring fixtures or cure time. The pressure-sensitive adhesive technology ensures excellent water resistance and tight sealing for long-term durability. This tape can withstand temperatures up to 450°F (230°C) for short-term use (up to four hours) and maintains performance at 250°F (121°C) for continuous long-term applications.
