3M™ VHB™ Tape 4991 is a premium double-sided foam tape comprised of a multi-purpose acrylic adhesive with a conformable foam core backed on a 5 mil red printed polyethylene film liner, delivering a total thickness of 90 mil (2.3 mm) when applied. This industrial-grade bonding tape provides an excellent balance of strength, conformability, and adhesion to high and medium surface energy materials, making it a smooth, seamless alternative to rivets, welds, screws, and liquid adhesives.
