It is ideal for protecting finished surfaces including polished stainless steel, aluminum, nameplates, instrument panels, and multi-layer printed wiring boards.
This protective tape offers exceptional abrasion, tear, scratch, moisture and puncture resistance. It can withstand extended exposure to temperatures up to 150°F (66°C) and short-term exposure up to 250°F (121°C). The extensible and abrasion-resistant polyester backing is ideal for forming operations, while the hand-moldable feature allows for easy application without requiring special tools or damming. The distinctive pink color provides clear visibility for identifying protected versus unprotected areas, making it easy to track application and removal progress.
Each case contains 2 rolls of tape, with each roll measuring 4 inches wide by 144 yards long at 1.6 mil total thickness.
