The spacer is engineered to withstand repeated switch actuation cycles and forms neat, clean edges for precise slitting and die-cutting operations.
The product incorporates double 4.2 mil, 58 lb. polycoated kraft (PCK) paper lay-flat liners that resist humidity, curling, tunneling, and buckling. These moisture-resistant liners add dimensional stability for various die-cutting operations and enable improved rotary die-cutting at high speeds. The adhesive resists oozing at edges, reducing material waste and accelerating part processing. With excellent temperature resistance up to 400°F (204°C) short-term, the spacer performs reliably across demanding industrial environments.
