The material features an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive specifically designed to bond to a wide variety of surfaces including high and low surface energy materials such as plastics, powder-coated paints, and metal substrates.
This innovative product combines a soft thermoplastic elastomer gripping polymer with proprietary micro-replication technology to provide exceptional friction properties even in wet conditions, while maintaining increased cushioning, comfort, flexibility and softness. The 1 inch width by 15 foot length bag format allows for convenient trial applications and reduced waste. When used alone, TB641 provides a secure grip, but when mated with another gripping material such as being sewn into a glove or wrapped onto a handle bar, grip strength is maximized. The material performs reliably across a broad temperature range from -40°F to 140°F (-40°C to 60°C) both indoors and outdoors, making it ideal for diverse environmental conditions.
