This professional-grade tape meets rigorous federal aviation regulations including F.A.R. Part 25.853(a), F.A.R. Part 25.855(d), and MIL A-3316C specifications. It is EU compliant per directive 2003/11/EC and qualifies to Boeing material specifications BMS 5-146 Type I, Class I, Grade A. The acrylic adhesive provides excellent long-aging properties and maintains secure adhesion across extended periods in varying climate and temperature conditions, with operating temperatures ranging from -20°F/-29°C to 250°F/121°C.
Each case contains 12 rolls of 3-inch width by 36-yard length tape with 7-mil thickness. The skip-slit liner design ensures ease of application and handling. The formulation does not contain antimony and offers superior conformability to bond over difficult textures, uneven surfaces, and curved applications. With high tensile strength and excellent tensile properties of 2080 oz/in, this tape provides the reliability and performance demanded by aerospace and industrial applications.
