The differential adhesive design of this double coated tape makes it exceptionally suitable for attaching silicone rubber elastomers, foam gaskets, and other silicone-based components to a wide range of substrates. The high-performance acrylic adhesive on the face side provides exceptional temperature and chemical resistance, with operating temperatures ranging from -40°F to 250°F (-40°C to 121°C). The silicone adhesive on the back side bonds excellently to silicone substrates, making it perfect for applications such as silicone keypad attachment, printer toner cartridge refurbishing, and gasket assembly.
This industrial-grade tape comes with dual liners: a 4.2 mil polycoated kraft paper (PCK) primary liner and a 2.9 mil polyester film secondary liner, both providing reliable performance and protection during storage and handling. The thin polyester carrier ensures dimensional stability and excellent handling characteristics, with ease of die-cutting and lamination capabilities. It is designed for industrial and occupational use only and is not intended for consumer applications.
