Manufactured using a solventless process, this tape features 3M's High Strength Acrylic Adhesive 300LSE technology, delivering very high bond strength and excellent chemical, humidity, and moisture resistance. The polyester film carrier provides dimensional stability to foams and other substrates, making it significantly easier to handle during slitting and die-cutting operations. Operating across a wide temperature range from -40°F to 300°F, the tape's bond strength increases as a function of time and temperature, with very high initial adhesion that ensures immediate holding power.
The tape is supplied on a tan 58 lb. polycoated kraft paper liner, ideal for die-cutting and converting applications. This market-leading solution meets UL746C standards and is specifically designed for consumer electronics, industrial electronics, plastic assemblies, automotive applications, appliance components, medical equipment, and general industrial applications.
