With a maximum operating temperature of 300°F (149°C) and minimum of -65°F (-54°C), this thermally conductive tape dissipates heat effectively to reduce hot spots and maintain substrate protection. The 4.6 mil total thickness (2.8 mil backing with 1.8 mil acrylic adhesive) provides optimal balance between durability and conformability to curved and uneven surfaces. The tape maintains a strong and reliable bond while withstanding exposure to high heat, humidity, moisture, weathering, UV radiation, and various solvents for extended work life both indoors and outdoors.
UL Recognized to UL 746C and Classified by UL to UL 723 Class "L" for low flammability rating, this tape meets FAR 25.853(a) and L-T-80C specifications. With 24-month shelf life and single-sided adhesive application, the 600mm width and 55-meter length roll provides substantial coverage for industrial applications.
