The 4.6 mil total thickness with 2.8 mil backing and 1.8 mil acrylic adhesive ensures optimal balance between durability and conformability. The dead soft aluminum foil backing conforms easily to curved and uneven surfaces, making it ideal for complex geometries and hard-to-reach areas. The highly engineered acrylic adhesive provides long-term durability while maintaining the ability to remove cleanly after harsh masking applications, making it perfect for de-paint operations and chemical stripping processes.
