This industrial-grade adhesive transfer tape features 3.0 mils (.07 mm) of acrylic adhesive coated on a 6.2 mils (.14 mm), 83 lb. polycoated kraft paper liner, providing exceptional processing capabilities. The tape withstands temperatures up to 225°F (107°C) and offers excellent peel adhesion and shear strength, making it ideal for demanding foam lamination applications.
Designed specifically for lamination to many open and closed cell foams, this transfer tape excels where adhesive conformability and wet-out are valued over dimensional stability during lamination. It delivers high initial tack to polyurethane (PU) ether, PU ester, cross-linked polyethylene foam, EPDM foam, neoprene foam, nitrile foam, and microcellular foam substrates.
