This premium bonding solution delivers excellent adhesion to a wide variety of similar and dissimilar materials including metals, most plastics, glass, papers, and painted surfaces. The tape offers superior performance across a broad temperature range from -40°F/-40°C to 300°F/148°C, with bond strength that increases as a function of time and temperature.
Designed for industrial and occupational applications, this transfer tape provides excellent bond to low surface energy substrates including powder coatings and plastics such as polypropylene (PP), while maintaining high adhesion to metals and high surface energy materials. The 300LSE acrylic adhesive family is specifically engineered to be the best-in-class solution for oily substrates with thicker tape profiles ideal for low surface energy applications. It delivers good chemical, humidity, and moisture resistance, making it suitable for demanding industrial environments.
The tape is supplied on a printed 83 lb. polycoated kraft paper liner that is ideal for die-cutting and converting applications. The thicker liner assists with easy liner removal during application. Manufactured using a solventless manufacturing process, this product meets UL 969 standards and qualifies for Scope 3 GHG emission reduction initiatives.
