This double-sided adhesive tape is supplied on a printed 83 lb. polycoated kraft paper liner and is designed for reliable bonding of a wide variety of similar and dissimilar materials including metals, most plastics, glass, papers, and painted surfaces. The tape delivers excellent bond strength to low surface energy substrates such as powder coatings and polypropylene plastics, while providing high adhesion to metals and high surface energy materials, making it ideal for bonding dissimilar substrates.
Manufactured using a solventless manufacturing process, this transfer tape offers good chemical, humidity, and moisture resistance with performance across a wide temperature range from -40°F/-40°C to 300°F/148°C. The bond strength increases as a function of time and temperature, and the tape features very high initial adhesion. The thicker 83 lb. polycoated kraft paper liner assists with easy liner removal and is ideal for die-cutting and converting applications. This product meets UL 969 standards (reference file PGGU2.MH26206) and Ford WSS-M11P62 automotive OEM specifications.
