The fiber-reinforced adhesive structure ensures superior roll stability even in narrow widths, while also resisting adhesive edge picking and liner confusion that can result from adhesive oozing. This transfer tape offers outstanding chemical resistance to gasoline, oil, sodium chloride, mild acids, and alkaloids, combined with excellent humidity and water resistance.
Designed for demanding temperature environments, the 9485PC maintains its adhesive properties with short-term temperature exposure up to 300°F (149°C) and long-term exposure up to 200°F (93°C). With a minimum operating temperature of -40°F (-40°C), this tape performs reliably across a wide temperature range. The low-odor formulation helps improve working environment conditions, making it suitable for commercial signs, core starting, emblem attachment, flying splices for commercial printing, and general splicing applications.
