Zinc Spray 400ml

NIGRIN Zinc Spray is cathodic protection against corrosion with an excellent long-term effect. After drying, it contains over 90% pure zinc. This serves as a "sacrificial metal" and protects the underlying body from rust damage. NIGRIN Zinc Spray renews the anti-rust coating after metal processing, such as rust removal, welding, drilling, or cutting. It has very good adhesion properties and leaves behind a quick-drying, smooth, non-porous protective layer that serves as a rust-proof primer for all further bodywork work.

Application

• The surface must be de-rusted, degreased (e.g. with NIGRIN silicone remover), cleaned, dust-free, and dry.
• Open the cap of NIGRIN Zinc Spray with a screwdriver.
• Shake well before use.
• Spray on several thin layers crosswise from a distance of approx. 25 cm, working generously.
• Shake the can between uses. Hold upside down after each application and spray until empty.
• Let dry. Dust-dry: after 10 - 15 minutes at 20° C Touch-dry: after approx. 30 minutes at 20° C
